Chris Brown has to adhere to the following terms:

1. Felony Probation for 60 months and must obey all laws.
2. Report to Probation within 72 hours
3. 52 Weeks of a Domestic Violence Program in Virginia.
4. Must turn in all weapons within the next 24 hours and can NOT own any weapons during that period.
5. Must Provide DNA Samples as Requested by the Authorities
6. 180 Days of Community Service (HARD) Labor… washing cars, cleaning graffiti off the walls, etc.
7. Get approval before leaving the country.
8. Report to a court room every 3 months for the next 5 years.
9. Fines and Fees: $2,500 in restitution, $2,500 in probation expenses, $30 for criminal conviction fee and $400 for the domestic violence fund.

Last But Not Least…

10. The Protective Order for the next 5 years: Brown is not allowed to harass, assault, threaten, molest, etc. Rihanna. No direct contact nor 3rd party contact with her. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her unless it is an entertainment (work) related event, then he must stay 10 yards away.

If Chris Brown violates any of thee above, the judge is going to put him in jail without thinking twice.

Judge Patricia Schnegg told Chris during the sentencing:

“I am not the one to ever believe in any hear say or anything else but I am not immune from chatter on the airwaves. Any set violation of the protective order is a violation of your probation… Even though you have probation, remember this is a felony and it does come with potential of state prison if you should violate in any way the terms and condition of this probation or pick up any new case. Do you understand, I just want to make myself perfectly clear.”

Some people u never thought would go. Some people seem immortal. Some build legacies that'll never die. I was in total shock when i heard the news and still am now. I don't think i will ever in my life witness an artist so amazing and so influential to the black music/pop culture. I don't think i will ever witness in my life time someone who single handedly kicked down doors the way he did. Michael Jackson in my life time was (and still is) the biggest artist i have ever seen. More then a Icon. Im so lucky to say that my mum took me to the Thriller Concert in Wembley Arena years back. 

Its a sad time.

The media built him up, put him on a pedestal and was quick to shoot him down when he was vulnerable and weak. In his latter years i feel like Michael Jackson's talent was taken for granted because all the media seemed to care about was his personal life, trying to capitalize on his "troubled soul". (trying to figure out what was going on behind his closed door). Lets just Remember Michael Jackson for the great music he put out and all the lives he touched.....including mine.

Michael Jackson will never ever and could never ever be forgotten.!!

"Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived. A cardiologist at UCLA tells TMZ Jackson died of cardiac arrest.

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

A source inside the hospital told us there was "absolute chaos" after Jackson arrrived. People who were with the singer were screaming, "You've got to save him! You've got to save him!"

Chris Brown Pleads Guilty!!!

According to TMZ's coverage of the Chris Brown & Rihanna hearing;

“Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case. He won’t do jail time, but he will spend 6 months doing things like road cleanup. He’s also been ordered to [stay] 50 yards clear of Rihanna.
He’ll spend 180 days doing hard labor in Virginia which is where Brown lives - it’s equivalent to Caltrans or graffiti cleanup.
He gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault — he pled guilty. He’ll get supervised probation. He’ll have to come back to court every three months.
He must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.
The judge said she wanted to make sure that Chris Brown “was treated as any other person who comes through this court.”

So 180 days of community labor and 5 years probation. Judge offered either 180 days in jail or 180 days of community labor. I no what i would take!!
